All products are shipped discreetly in a brown box with absolutely no indication as to the contents.
All goods that are dispatched are sent by a recorded insured service. This means goods will not be left on the door step or with neighbors. This enables a fully discreet service and your customers confidentiality.
We subsidise all the UK delivery charges, so you actually pay less than what it is costing to dispatch goods.
Goods that are in stock are dispatched within 24 hours. If for any reason we are out of stock, we would expect to dispatch the goods in about 12 days but realistically this is much quicker. If their is a manufacturing delay with any products you will be notified by email as soon as we are aware.
We use Royal Mail and Parcel Force courier

Goods are dispatched by the choice you select during checkout
Royal Mail: If your customer is not in when their parcel arrives they will keep the package at their local depot for 7 days enabling them to pick it up. After 7 days the parcel then returns to us.
Parcel Force: If your customer is not in when their parcel arrives they will keep the package at their local depot for 5 days enabling them to pick it up. After 5 days the parcel then returns to us.

- Returns & Replacements

DiscreetlyWrapped wants you to be pleased with your purchase, that's why we have a no fuss returns policy.
If for any reason you are not completely happy you may exchange unused and unopened products within 30 days for alternative items or a refund.
For reasons of hygiene please do not open items that you wish to send back as we regret that we cannot exchange fault-free items once the packaging has been opened.
Cancellations
You have the right to cancel the order at any time up to 30 days starting the day after delivery. No questions asked.Please contact us via our contact form quoting your order number, item details and the reason for the return request and we will respond with a returns ID and return details.
Defective Items.
When an item is operated by batteries we recommend that you check using a different set of batteries and check that they are fitted correctly and positioned to connect with electrical points before returning such items.If the product is defective, please contact us via our contact form explaining the fault and we will respond with return instructions.
Goods can be exchanged or refunded up to 30 days of any defect. After 30 days an exchange will only be available.
All returned products are tested and will be sent back to you at your expense if they are found to be working.
Please clean the items before returning.
Clothing
We offer a no quibble 30 days returns policy on all items of clothing, should you wish to return an item of clothing to us you will be responsible for any return postage costs. Outside of the 30 day return period only unopened items are returnable.Time Scales
